DRUM LESSON FAQ’S:

Yes, of course! We have the facility within the studio for you to watch from a waiting area, you will be able to watch the whole lesson and see the progress as the weeks go by. Within the building there are communal kitchen areas and toilets for all students to use.

To begin with you don’t need to purchase a drum kit straight away, all you need is a pair of sticks and something to practice on at home. If this is something you would like to purchase in the future, I have put helpful links and tips in the ‘Learning Hub’ section and am happy to advise further.

Not at all, these lessons are tailored made for you to explore the drums in whichever way you would like. I have plenty of experience in teaching students that opt for grade exams and other student’s who don’t, either way it’s up to you.
can i move my lesson time?
When lessons are booked, you are booking that slot for all the upcoming weeks and securing your time slot. We are able to move lesson timings, if the schedule allows, but this isn’t something that we can keep moving weekly.

A.M DRUMS STUDIO have a 24 hour cancelation policy with the lessons. If a student cancels before 24 hours notice the lesson will be rescheduled. However if notified less than 24 hours of your lesson, then unfortunately the lesson shall still have to be paid for. Payments cover the drum lesson and the time slot that you’ve booked.
If you wish to cancel your drum lessons then we request you give us one month notice period.

All lessons can be purchased through this website and lessons should be paid for prior to your lessons taking place.

Once you’ve had your first lesson, we would recommend bringing drumsticks and your custom made lesson PDFs to each lesson with you, however if you do occasionally forget I have plenty of spare drumsticks!

This product is durable and will not be damaged during use, as long as your drumsticks are in good condition. There is no hardware on the snare towel as all fabrics are soft cottons, so won’t damage your snare.

If you check out the product, you will notice an elastic loop that allows you to attach the snare towel to your snare drum throw off. Once you are finished using it, simply roll and store or keep flat.

It comfortably fits 8 pairs of standard size drumsticks, or less pairs of drumsticks with more thicker products like drum brushes, broomsticks or hot rods.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THE PRODUCTS?
The snare towel can be machine washed at 30 degrees and ironed on a cotton setting. The stick bag can’t be washed due tot he quilted wax cotton lining. Simply clean by spot cleaning with a damp cloth, on the lining wax cotton dab the fabric softly making sure to not rough up the wax finish.
RETURN POLICY
We do offer a 14 day return policy, please keep the original packaging to return the item. The product will need to be in an unused condition to allow for resale. If this is something you wish to enquire about, please get in touch to arrange the return. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return. If your order is a custom order, then unfortunately the order can not be returned as this order was an individual item.
